Mike Simpson President - Dice Holding Group Responsible for management of all Dice companies including Dice Homes. From 1998 until recently Mr. Simpson was the Vice President Finance & Administration, CFO for Per Mar Security Services, ranked #18 among SDM Magazine’s list of the100 largest security providers in 2005. At Per Mar he was responsible for all financial and administrative functions including their Central Station that serviced over 40,000 customer locations. Prior to Per Mar Security Services, Mr. Simpson was with two publicly owned international organizations. From 1992 to 1998 Mr. Simpson was with Pinkerton’s Inc., as their Director of Operations and Director of Financial Services. From 1974 to 1992, Mr. Simpson was with the Wackenhut Corporation where his last position was Vice President of Management Information Services. Lillian Fierro Business Development Manager of Sales Responsible for all sales activities and management of 400+ Real Estate Professionals. Mrs. Fierro began her career in Real Estate working in the Washington DC and Virginia area for some of the largest luxury builders in that market place. She was responsible for the acquisition and development of the Waterford Homes project in Prince William Virginia, and worked on the Augustine Golf Club Estates development, which was a 30 billion dollar project and is noted as one of Virginia's first Rick Jacobson designed courses. She also has worked on other projects such as Fox Chase in Spotsylvania County Virginia, Waterford Estates, Lake Caroline, and Lake Land in Caroline County Virginia. Mrs. Fierro was raised within a family owned construction company and brings over 30 years of experience in construction and Real Estate to the Dice team. Richard Wisdom Business Development Manager of Land Acquisition Responsible for expansion of the companies property and asset holdings. Prior to joining Dice Construction, Mr. Wisdom held outside sales and consultant positions with Advanced Building Systems, a division of Warsaw Homes, Erb Lumber, and Belote Homes, where Mr. Wisdom focused on providing a premium level of service as he worked with architects on commercial building developments and residential community growth. In 1997, Mr. Wisdom started his own construction company where he designed and built several homes and remodeling projects. In 2000, he designed and built two homes for the Jackson Home Builder's Association Parade of Homes. The homes were built on Lake LeAnn and Lake Somerset in Hillsdale County. The Lake Somerset home lead to further recognition when a client submitted a nomination to WLNS Channel 6 in Lansing, recognizing Mr. Wisdom as an "Unsung Hero" for his work. Combined, Mr. Wisdom has had experience with over 200 homes and commercial projects in his building career.
